Massage Therapy and Bodywork

About Me

I am a graduate of East-West Healing Arts Institute in Madison. I have been a Wisconsin licensed massage therapist (LMT) and nationally board certified for therapeutic massage and bodywork (NCTMB) for more than 10 years.

My work routinely focuses on a combination of TuiNa and Swedish Massage. I also incorporate Deep Tissue Massage and Myofascial Release techniques, if needed. I enjoy working intuitively. Each massage session is individually tailored to meet your specific massage needs.  So whether you just want to relax, or need a lot of specific muscle work done, I will be able to accommodate you.

When I was in Switzerland, I was taught a newly developed technique called Lymphatic Drain. It distinguishes itself from the Manual Lymphatic Drainage here in the United States, by actively breaking up blockages in the lymphatic system. I not only successfully use this technique on clients who experience lymphedema after having a lumpectomy but also on clients who suffer from lyme disease  or on clients who recover from liposuction and other elective cosmetic surgeries.

As an enthusiastic skier, who grew up in the Swiss alps, my sore muscles experienced the benefits of therapeutic massage pretty early in life… by now I know, that massage does not just treat your body it also relaxes and refreshes your mind and spirit.
